m2 coverage of a 25kg bag of sand

hi fellas,how much coverage do you get on average from a 25kg bag of sand for (external) top coat. gotta order some tomoz but don't want to get my calculations wrong. cheers

cheers for that,mr render,that was the answer i needed. does that coverage include cement as well? i'm doing a 4-1-1 with lime. would that make a lot more difference coverage wise?
