Looking for work in in Glasgow area

Been taping and plastering since I left school about 12 years ago i feel I need to be shown more about plastering I can skim no probs I just want to learn how to do it in the right method and lean how to deal with tricky bits and feel working with a proper plasterer would help me come on that bit more cheers guys

It's always a difficult one this. Someone needs to go out of their way and take time to show you how they work and then you go and become direct competition.
