yes ipaf is the body for licensing drivers of mewps/booms/scissors/pickers etc

you get a little yellow book with your card/licence and a mug shot. there was a time when the likes of the contractors wanting the work done would send the subbie to do his ticket and pay for them, obviously not the case now. I got all mine from other contractors
