Hi
Stripping wall paper off this old house ceiling and some of the ceiling caved in. Lath are all in good condition as far as I can see (Image 1)
Can I attach a plaster board in that gap, fill it with bonding and finish of with multi finish? Just not sure if that will be ensure the rest if the ceiling will not collapse at some point.
Alternatively am wondering if I can use the Limelite Renovating plaster and finish on the exposed lath with backer board washers and dry wall screws on the remaining plastered ceiling.
Not sure what to do?
With regards to image 2 &3 I'm assuming I can use the limelite Reno and finishing too? Or shall I just use Easifil?
