patched a wall approx 1metre with hydraulic lime/washed sand in october 2022, the top coat is bagged lime superfine from Ty Mawr, couldn't put the top coat on until now, will the bag be ok? wet wall?. advice please guys.

Lime gets better with age mate be ok /better not washing sand for lime work
