Hi all
We have only just recently had some landscaping done out side. These are pictures of our rendered step - only done 2 weeks ago. Any advice would be much appreciated.

unfortunatly this will happen when any render is incontact or near ground surface...
you can wash it off. maybe put a sealer on it to help. but this will happen

I'd put some sort of fillet around the perimeter of the step either using k rend or sand/cement/sbr.

Spilled cup of coffee?

Had some tanalin from cedar bleed onto my mono once.
Finished render Friday, was going back Tuesday to seal. Told him to wait til following week to fit the cedar fence. He did it Saturday. Bled like f**k the following week.

Murder to resolve.
