hi everybody just wondering if anybody knows y colour render bled in streaks and will a power washer do the job or does it require painting it only 7 years old ? :RpS_cool:

it could be a number of things like water running down from cills or anything protruding from the building like alarm boxes or vents changing the colour on the way down,sunlight etc,some change quicker than others.
it may be worth trying to jet wash first as it may only be dirt:RpS_thumbup:

Is it a scraped render or a thin coat acrylic. Or what mate
