Went to GP and he dug his thumb into a tendon around the forearm/elbow and i nearly jumped off the chair :RpS_crying:
Diagnosed tennis elbow and told me its most common with people who sit on their arse for a living but who do a lot of diy rather than do loads of daily manual work.
Sorts of describes me as i only plaster 2/3 times a month.
Gave me some dclanfenic tabs which i believe are quite strong and nobbed me out the door. No physio or hope of recovery. Gutted.
