one of the firms we work for are well over the top with health & safety, but now the have introduced a thing called the 5s,, its all about housekeeping, be tidy at all times (ffs were plastering) tidy every day before leaving,, store things tidy, etc, etc,, the standard of work is way down their list of priorities,, guess this is why rough plasterers can get away with it as long as they wear their ppe and keep tidy the site agent is happy

It's getting absolutely mental, I had a sky engineer fix my dish few years back. He put all his safety gear on, helmet, harness, gloves, eye protection and went up three rungs of the ladder and clipped himself in. Was pishing myself laughing.
