insurance work

I was once sub contracting from homeserve who use to provide property repairs to homeowners who had an insurance claim. The work was ok as it was mainly ceilings but homeserve died in the recession. Does anyone have a clue how i can get back into this work and with whom

We despice working for insurances scum spit spit...personally,i dont want to wait 8 weeks for a £250 ceiling reskim pay cheque.
But just make some calls to all the insurance companies in the yellow pages and join the waiting lists.

to be fair the money was bang on every fortnight. The thing is work is few and far between at moment and i had chance to go back to working on the decent homes scheme for connaught but the work on council homes is sh.t, strip out bathroom suite and put new one in and expect you to go in and float and set walls and pay even worse £80 a day
