insulation render

Hi All

Can any of you lads help with this been asked to price a render job witch has to be insulated on the out side with celotex or some thing similar then rendered we have never done this type of rendering before and will sub it out so how mutch is this per sqr mtr to do have looked on the web but carnt get prices as thay all want to do a site visit and then give a quote so any help will be greate many thanks

where is the job mate

this work is not as straight forward as wet so I would imagine any applicator worth his salt will need to visit the site first, prices can fluctuate a fair percentage from job to job

Hi mate the job is in whitstable kent just need ball park fig really for sqr mtr as said will not be doing this myself as never done one like this so will sub it out if we pick it up

Just after a gide price thats all never done one like this so dont know whats involved and wont even hav ago at it thats just the way we work hav got a company comng round to hav a look at it and quote for the job

would need to know areas per elevation, total area, the specified system, number of penetrations, windows/doors, thickness, new build or refurb - substrate

£103 per m2 if awkward supply and fix £75 per m2 if low level bungalow etc 60mm eps
