icy walls

just finished a re skim of a bedroom pva'd yesterday went back 2 finish last couple of walls today and 1 wall pva had frozen anyone had this before turned out ok just wiped wall down with rag and skimmed as normal been doin this job 20 years never came across this before

i had a ceiling with loads of condensation on i took it off with a brush! was drippin wet..same as the walls..
