I plastered a new wall at my Mothers the other day using multi finish on new plasterboard. I did two coats and when I left, the wall looked absolutely fine. I've gone back today and there's marks everywhere, little holes that look like acne scars. I'm obviously a complete novice but the walls looked great when i'd finished. Can anybody tell me where I've gone wrong. Thanks

Only thing I can think is maybe air bubbles that have popped maybe over trowled also not the most experienced plaster but there probs my first guesses :)

I agree with Essex . Probably didn't trowel it enough. Some pva filler over it if the air pockets are big .if small a slight sanding may do the job.

if you use to much water to early that can weaken the plaster so some slacks may appear as the water evaporates also

Next time when first trowel.. Scrape the fat of wall abs spread it back in.. This will cover all holes and misses :)
