just wondering whats the difference with hardwall and bonding? which is best?and do you pve background before applying hardwall?

hardwall is for high suction background (thermalite/duroxblox)

bonding low suction (concrete,plasterboard ,treated backgrounds with pva or bond-it


just wet the wall with water to dampen a bit.....if you wish

i prefer hardwall as the surface dries quicker allowing you to skim over it quicker, but thats just personal preference. Both can be used on near enough the same backgrounds.
