What happens dan is the contractor goes round shining lights up and down and across walls from about 6 inches away the marks everything in pencil lines then snagger ames it all .Instead of putting light in middle of room pointed at the wall like your meant to

This site goes by rule of thumb too. Any thing bigger than a thumb print is above decorators remit. But mainly this is covering wrong sockets and picking up little bits left in plots. Only reason I want it seen off is they'll give me all my retention back straight away if done, no waiting till Feb .
