hacking off render

hi guys - only rendered new stuff previously but have been asked to render house but need to hack off the old stuff first - would appreciate people letting me know how much they charge m2 for hacking off

I usually just allow a couple of days or so on a day rate......Either that or tell the client to hack it off.

impossible to price per metre.you need to find out how loose first.then work out how many days it will take.

what if you damage inside whilst knocking of?that's why a lot builders will give the labourer a lump and a bolster .the main reason is there not doing it!

9 Inch solid wall mate, if , put some cokehead labourer on it with a gun and he starts pushing the headers through, equals Damage

as said,its a price based on time and cost ---labour +skip ect...


chip render off side ways and get behind it....little chance of damaging wall like that
