going rates in kent

whats the going rates for weber
ocr over celcon blocks
pral M over celcon blocks
& s/c over celcon block

Im thinking
OCR £24 per m2
pral M £30 per m2
S/C £14 per m2

im basing these prices on hand applying

iv done alot of S/C at £14m2
its just the weber gear i struggle too price up
im getting OCR/pral M out the back door for £10 per bag

please for get that im get the gear on the side for a min

as most of you lads use a machine on mono iv not got the luxary of using one on this
job
so its hawk/trowel for me
you machine lads well i take my hat off too you
theres 40m2 over bock work
what price is realistic on this sort of work
as most of my work now days is skimming

if its celcons the pral m will need a basecoat of rendaid

i was thinking that do you just damp the wall down first befor applying rend-aid
and will i need it with the OCR too grand?
will it need meshing

it was only last week you were sacking mono jobs off and sticking to sand and cement.

so now after never using the product your going to tackle 40 odd metre,
as said you will need a base coat of rendaid.
work it out how long it will take you to do,price wise and work from that
but to be honest i would be getting some one else to do it for you, and learn a bit from them if i was you pal.

Work out how long it will take. How much do you expect to earn a day? Work it out like that. Prices in Kent vary as some are going in with cheap prices. Standard of work varies as everywhere else up and down the country. If you are confident you can do an A1 job then charge what you think you are worth.

mono is about £20 per bag in jewsons here
i said mono because you dont need too paint it
if i get it and its mono iv asked my mate too spray it for me and ill work along side him his got a mtec i think i maybe wrong
but if its s/c happydays
