I've recently had a garage made from single breeze block.the plasterer has put a scratch coat on and it's still letting in water.can I put on a second scratch coat or will the next rub up coat sort it any ideas would be appreciated please
 
I done mine single skin out breeze . Regret it. Gonna put some insulation round it n thin coat it next year. Though it's got 25 mm of render on so no waters coming through

Build a slightly bigger garage around it using concrete blocks.
