I've heard rumours that some firms are starting to pay £3m2 but honestly i've not known it yet, most we've had is £2.50m2 and always done alright out of it but hopefully it happens

We are starting some houses Monday..£3.50 m2 skim its defo there..havnt worked on £2.50 for a gud year at least
