FLOORS IN OLD house

HELLO FELLAS .we are in the process of buying our own house but need to put two new floors in ,wooden one has woodworm other old quarry s.working on worst case of having both floors done in concrete or thinking of freeflowing screed ,can this be used instead and how does it compare in price .ps wat sort of base prep would be needed apart from dig out and blind and isulate and poly and who could do it with there machine burton on trent area cheers
 
Rip out the old wooden and scrape it flat, it will be consolidated meaning it is compressed. dig out any bits so you have 200mm between new finished floor and your base. Install Maxit LWA which is an insulant and aggregate. lay 40mm of liquid screed on top

i'm a geek when its plastering involved. i love loads of info and vids but then i'm a plasterer not a customer so i'll ave a look
