Fan venting

Is there a extractor fan that does not need to vent to outside?

I have a friend who had a property and his shower room is not on an outside wall and venting the shower is an issue..

Is there something that vents into like a gel or something?

Position fan in ceiling/ flexi in loft to a pipe through roof lead slate / mushroom cowl /. +all necessary electrical .
Obvs if not bungalow/apartment /basement .

Yes but then it would need to go through a flat roof which he does not want to do
