been to see a detached brick built house 1920s,all the inside paper peeling and black everywhere on all levels, the outside is pebbledashed with cracks , needs knocking off, a dpc course ? and pebbledash again ?. the walls are solid, what do you guys think? ewi? hydraulic lime plaster? or sand/cement,hydrated lime and pebble?

cos we are knocking all the dash off, thinking of ewi,solid brick walls, will inject metre high dpc inside,possibly knock all internal plaster off if needed. Any ideas, (the sprouts idea , very expensive lol)
