Exterior rendering in Forest Hill

We have an extension that needs rendering. We have had some movement repaired and now want the entire back of the house re-rendered.
Roughly 3 x 4.5 m squared, twice. With a small rendering at the top of the terrace.

Also the area in pink is where we need to place a drain in to take water away from the wall, so if you know someone who can do that, point them in our direction please.

SE23 area.
The sooner the better too.
