We are looking to take on a foreman/general manager to take forward our successful rendering business, the duties will include:
Managing and working alongside our 2 teams of renderers.
training of staff.
Ordering materials.
planning jobs.
liaising and dealing with customers.
Going out to meet potential customers and measuring up. (others will quote)
Implementing procedures to take the company forward.
The ideal candidate must have/be:
Previous experience of the plastering or rendering trade
A driving licence
A good organiser
Good interpersonal skills.
Experience at leading a team.
We Mainly do monocouche rendering and also EWI render systems, working mainly on private jobs and with small building contractors although we are taking on more commercial work, experience of these render systems would be a advantage but not essential.
During the first month of this position you will be working alongside the current general manager/foreman and will be compiling a set of procedures to follow once the Initial month is over.
Salary: £35,000.00 /year
