Hi all,

Given the weather, anyone got any experience on how dry the base coat needs to be before priming and top coating?

Been told bone dry by supplier, but don’t think that is possible in this weather. Has anyone any experience with putting on the top coat when the base is still a bit damp?

We put all our base coats on throughout winter and topcoat in summer usually leave it 6 months

7 days to prime, 24 post prime to top. Presuming it doesn’t get rained on.

Got it thanks all.
