got banned for drink driving
so they gave him a bike delivering

got a grip of him died of pneumonia

am i missing something here madmonk,
you lad could have killed somebody/ some family without a mother or father,
i have no sympathy for him what so ever,
hope he gets jailed,
but realisically a 18 month ban, court costs and fined,
and when his ban is over just think what his insurance will be , thats if he can get any,
another scumbag off the streets for 18 months,
but hopefully jailed
totally and utterly no sympathy for him what so ever,
but do keep us informed what he gets,

your children and wifes lives would be changed in an instant, because some arsehole scumbag decided to drive a car while drunk

why dont you get in touch with some police officers and paramedics , and listen to there stories, as they have to pick up the pieces, then try and get in touch with victims families listen to them,

35 is legal limit for Breathe
Dependant on the magistrate and if u have a good brief he could push to try to pay bigger fine/do some plastering for a community service for a lesser ban as it’s his livelihood and it’s a 1 off mistake

Even drove in the morning after a heavy night out and still over the limit.?

You won't get much outrage here... too many drunks .I once got into it with a mental midget , that kept insisting that drunk driving should not even be a crime.
