I went and picked up some s n c for a small re render job today.out of interest I thought I would ask about the dri coat system, they said they didn't stock it but could get it in by the pallet load.for £15.30 a bag!!!!!! I said thanks anyway but will stick with my £1.60 bag o sand:-0

You forgot to add the cement, and waterproofer (sbr/sika) to make the comparison.

I get it for £11.60 from travis, you need to haggle more.

I used limelite renovation plaster at the beginin of the year 25 of the queens finest a bag, nice stuff though

b&q near me sellimg some for 50p a bag almosta year out of date though, used some last week not a problem with it.

Could have haggled if I wanted it but it is a small job and was just being nosy really as haven't used it before.with cement an sbr, that pushes the materials upto 25 quid, would have been nearer 90 with dri coat.no comparison really.
