It all depends if the vehicle has entered London before. if it is the first time then you will receive a letter telling you there will no charge this time but if it returns after 7 days from the date on the letter it will cost you £200 per day. this is if your vehicle does not meet the emissions standard.

this is only for diesel vehicles. what the gypos do is change the engine number on the log book to a petrol engine. then every thing is ok.
