an airless finish is very nice finish , only down side is , you can not touch in , you have to do the whole wall or ceiling again
 
Why wouldn't you do the glossing too?
No client is going to give you the emulsion job to then have to get someone else in to finish off the woodwork.
Would they?
 
if you're Part P why put up with customers buying Wilco paint, or three out of four walls in a different colour emulsion that needs three coats.
 
I do tiling as well, makes a nice change from chasing about all day long but would not want to make a living out of it. When I started out, god's dog was a puppy, tiling was a plasterer's or a plumber's job
