What do you think is fair m2 rate for dot & dab labour only on a large one off new build , 2.45 story height 1st floor to blockwork , ground floor is 2.55 no awkward angles just box shaped room s , loading out will be on a daywork rate access is OK and location is fairly local , the customer and builder wants a quailty job and will be measured through windows and doors ( we have got the skimming ) and been asked to d&d to help out the builders work load .

The job will come in handy and will run up to Christmas maybe into the new year ,Thanks lads C

Fella i sub from pays 2.25 but on a one off you should look for at least 3.25 and 4.00 to skim if it seems like a nice dooable house which it sounds like.
