whats the nack in plastering curves in ceilings

build them out with bonding 1st and use a straight edge so as that the curve runs true .i stick a hand full of cement in with bonding so as your not waiting 3 hrs

I find all types of curve are easily achieved by being able to use a trowel as if it were an extension of your arm and not some alien object. I think this is what's referred to as being a plasterer.

Rich, mine are not cureves, more like Barrels mate.

A lot depends on degree of curve you are working with and the type of roof ie loft space single hiped or double hiped , gable to gable is a doddle .
