cream of tarta in the mix.

have any of you lads ever added cream of tarta to your set to slow it down or is it all a load of cobblers.If it slows your set down how much do you use per bag.cheers for any replies.

i use it all the time mainly because i have no labourer and it takes the pressure off doing it myself but saying that i only use it in my 1 st coat.i just put about 2 tablespoons maybe 1 1/2 in the water give a real good stir before adding powder.
oh and as for this concept that why would you want to slow the set down milarky i get 3 sets a day comfortably by 3 -3.30 using it .

I often use salad cream but I've found that the diet salad cream doesn't do the same job!so I've bulked ordered the item as if any other spreads get on my find you lot will be on it.
