Rendering is a verb, it’s a doing word that can have a past, present and future tense.
Render is the noun. The thing.
So just decide if you want your sign to say you are ‘doing’ or if you’re simply stating the ‘thing’ and then by whom

Finally someone replying to the pointThe verb/noun issue is as @JessThePlasterer said, but personally I think either would be a bit clunky grammatically when followed by "carried out".
I'd put either "External wall finishes" or "External render finishes", and drop carried out. I'd go with either "External render/wall finishes applied." or "External render/wall finishes." people will know you're advertising the service.
