whats the deal with cam lock trowel, any one use them

its a trowel with an adjustable handle, u can move it forwards and backwards and lock it different positions

exactly there a gimmick mate you can use them as pipe trowels but you can buy one from b and q for a fiver

Just seem like a bit of extra weight on your trowel to me

Could not get used to the feel of mine ,moved the handle right to the back of the tang,ideal for flicking stones when dashing,otherwise my opinion is they are siht.

cant believe marshaltown actually went to the trouble of tooling it up for production?? o thats right..marshaltown are an american company yes? ;D

wish someone would hurry up and invent 'self levelling' plaster for ceilings....
or the 'self loading hawk' - like an automixer with a hose attached to the hawk, hole in the middle of the hawk...
or maybe even the 'cordless trowel'...
o, they have havent they :-X

still, look on the plus side, you could buy loads of trowels 'naked' with just the one 'interchangeable' handle...you'd save oooooo...pence!
