Thought this might have been a good thing when it first came out 20+ years ago.Putting a stop to all the cowboys on site and so on. But what a disappointment. Is it just me or are things just the bloody same,anybody will do as long as the job gets done ,if it is a balls up some daft (person)will put it right and say nothing in case he gets the bullet.
