The robbing twits have taken the Moto GP from Eurosport and BBC after years of great coverage. Makes me sick BT can just swipe it and demand £12 a month plus a £15 setup. I don't watch any football therefore it's an absolute con to someone like me.

I don't know anything about streaming so can somebody simplify it for a techno numpty? I'll just watch the races on my laptop instead if it's possible :-/

I pay for sky sports so refused to pay for bt. In a 12month contract on my broadband too so cant switch. I just stream it online now. **** em
 
You sky customer beddy? Virgin get it free @ rossi try sopcast ,wiziwig or veetle you can stream sports on those on a laptop its where I go to watch footy cause I ain't payin to watch it
 
I F***in hate BT so refuse to pay. Had a nightmare with them last year so switched to sky. Will never go back.

They're after everything the greedy coonts. They're scrapping with sky over the golf and cricket now!!
 
theres hundreds of sites, @ rossi46. iuse the following because it tends to have fewer popups:

you just find what you want to watch and then click on one of the links. theres usually an ad for thirty seconds. most times you can just click enlarge to full screen and it will disappear. sometimes the links wont work, will freeze, or are taken down. you might have to try a few. the links wont usually start until the start of the race, match etc. and some will even be down during half time etc. my brother in law will be p1ssed about the moto gp. hes a fanatic. oh, you'll need a good popup / add blocker for these sites. i use adfender.
 
Bt want €20 a month here in Ireland they can go and fuk. I pay for full sky and now bt have a lot of the big games:RpS_cursing:
 
wiziwig tv,, easy to use, give it a try with any sport,, if you cant sus it come back for advice how to use
 
I have virgin xl tv package and was payng for sky sports but when they annonced that bt sports would be free for virgin customers I had ssports turned off as you say @ clemo have a lot of big games on there
 
Ask any family members if they have bt sports and if they do you can log in on there details and stream in hd.

Instructions for sorting streaming on andriod box or pc or apple tv box or linux or raspberry pi etc

You can stream all sports, new cinema films and tv shows. All in one place no ads or pop ups/virus's

Nice user interface even my step mum can use it to stream

You can run it on a pc connected to a TV or buy a dedicated piece of hardware and connect that

My mate bought the hardware £60 but I've got a samsung s4 so can I use my phone?

Ive got an android phone and a smart tv. What would I need to get it going?
 
You need a hdmi out cable for your mobiles. Not expensive

Then go to the xbmc site and download for andriod and install.
 
You can buy apple TV jailbreaked on ebay that's all setup with xbmc and to be fair when they work they are spot on but now and again they play up the only problem running it through your phone is it will drain your battery and no good if your getting loads of calls and texts and you need a fast Internet connection too
 
I can, but only apps like YouTube as far as im aware. Could be wrong though. Is the s3 even Hd?

I use sopcast and acestream for sport. These are media players that stream from the net. The wiziwig site has links to all the sports events and the channels are either sopcast acestream or flash. You can watch flash on the internet browser but the quality is way off sop or ace those two ain't far of HD but you need a good internet connection.
 
Xbmc uses these streams aswell its all just tided in to one program. Its has all the listings from loads of different sites
 
It can decode all most any stream. Its can play streams that are designed for sop and ace :)
 
I put this onto my laptop last weekend and watched a few films, still trying to work out how to watch live football on it though as everything I click for it won't load.
 
You need to add the fusion source. This will let you add new repos which contain video-addons.

The standard ones which are in the xbmc repo are shite.
