British gypsum training days

Had a look at the British gypsum website and I see they offer 1/3 day courses,would they be beneficial to myself? I'm half way through my level 1 diploma and picking it up very well so far.

a third of a day? think that's the strangest thing ive ever heard on here,and theres been a lot of competition for that title.
