best additive for final coat

whats the best additive for your top coat? used an all in 1 for my scratch,waterproofer,retarder,plastisicer. is waterproofer forbidden in the top coat? it's for a spar dash. is lime better than plastisicer? cheers

We use a product called noblow which is basically lime and sand premixed then we mix with cement usually white cement and if its a yellow dash we would add colour to the mix this is usual practice here but i know its different all over the country.

hi,so 4-1-1 with lime is all i need then? everything is white so i guess i won't be needing any nobglow? cheers

Whats spar dash? Dry or wet.
