priceing up small back elevation of a property today. There is three windows and each window nearly sits flush with the brickwork at most is about half inch reveal to fix a bead. I suppose a stop bead would do the job but I dont like the idea of the profile of the bead showing like it would round the window, any suggestions.

Sometimes if the windows haven't been siliconned you can tap the wing of the bead between the window and reveal, this is assuming it's a new build and the frames aren't as tight as a mouses ear.

I use drip beads on tight windows sometimes just to get it done. If there's a load of tight windows you could run the beads through a tile cutter trimming the wings in advance

Cheers forthat warrior the winows are more or less flush with the brickwork hence no returns on the reveals. Will walcrete float off to a smooth finish like render.
