I sometimes use aqueous cream, a big tub from boots is only a few quid

I used to used it when I was using thinners quite a lot on a job, didn't notice much difference apart from the dirt came off your hands easier when you washed them. Been thinking of trying it again, my hands are starting to look and feel like coarse sand paper
