Thought of going to some of the local schools and seeing if they have any students to refer to you, most are doing their exams now..

Not really thought of anything yet except we need more guys that we can train up! Thinking younger school leaves are the most moldable. Don't know if the method we use will work with NVQs at college. Im guessing they don't learn modern renders and premixed plasters
