Looks like a torture implement to me?? Although bit small for kneecapping somebody?? :RpS_confused:
 
Crimps the mesh at the side of angle beads to the wall meaning no nails etc. I think it might work on new block work?? As for old masonary etc?? Naa ?? :RpS_confused:
 
I've never seen one used on site? I've seen other spreads use a stapler to fix skim beads to plasterboard but not one of these things?
 
I've got one of those around the shop. I never use it though. It's left over from my Dad's old company, I think they got it back in the early 1980's.
 
Do things differently in the States:
