Anyone use recruitment agencies

Hi Guys im after some feedback from any contractors on here who use recruitment agencies from time to time.

I have had a website built which enables construction companies/contractors to connect with trade staff.

As im in the trade myself (rendering contractor) I believe the site will be of great value to companies like ours and will replace the need to use recruitment agencies

The website has not been launched yet but I have now got to the stage where we are looking to get some feedback/validation.

I have linked to a page on my site where you can download a quick questionnaire and then send back to me.

Its a job board site where you can find staff looking for work, you cant employ people through the site, you can only find them.
