Next time your out, phoenix, pick up a tub and keep it on the van. Give it a go sometime and see how you get on, I promise you you will use it again.

thats probably the best advice.....if i wasnt a lazy sod but i suppose next time i get an atrex job i will be using it!!!

can you skim on top of it or is it wise to give it a top coat of a wet pva mix just for that extra bond?

I just skim straight over the top, no need for PVA
