Dam those look good, is it too early to get the barbie out? I'm making some venison and pork burgers on Saturday night , not sure what to stuff with

Just shot this one this morning bud so once the nice cuts are off ill make some more.

If you go on to one of the butchers sundries sites you can get some mega spices and burger mixes to put in.

Takes me back that does, my Dad used to own a rural village pub in Wales and would get his lamb and game from local farms and freezer always looked like that. All brought to the back door of the pub in the morning and often sold that day, fresh caught fish, cockles mussels. That's where my love of food came from. Great pic @Hicky

Stuff a burger with ............cheese.....and ............the jam of your choice.....I am assured it is the b*ll***s.

Tonight's monstrosity; pork burger stuffed with pickled garlic, jalapeño and dynamite stag chilli. Also blended lots of dried chilli through the meat just to really punish my arse in the morning [emoji106]
