I think it horses for courses on that one mate, I would, and have on occasion used SBR then PVA on the same substrate as I thought it appropriate regarding the area size and all the rest of the factors, in that consideration.
You could start off by learning how to write a proper sentence, then follow it up with "not to be an obnoxious prick of a man", all the time . You'd get on much better that way mate !
