Got some 45 degree reveals to skim on a conservatory always used to do them freehand but looking for an easier way am thinking of using mesh thincoat beads as i think the may splay out enough anyone got any ideas?

stick with the mesh skim beads they do flatten out and dont crack as easy as skim stop beads just pull it straight with some drywall or finish prior to skimmin.

My thoughts are the same as you Flynn, i thought i could get the mesh beads tight enough especialy stapeling them.

i have used a 45degree thincoat angle bead i think it was catnic that made em, but to be honest it has to be bang on 45 degrees for them to be easy to use lol

sto beads are by far quicker just have to make sure they are straight as they are flimsy as fcuk lol

It is bang 45 degree Olly i done the brickwork Lol but its gonna be stop bead as Wickes are just round the corner and thats all they got.

If the joints arnt too tight you can use a normal skim bead by pushing one flange in the slot.........................................sounds a bit lezzer porno that does :)

stop beads all day long , as already said , the other beads have to go on the exact angle or they wont look right , had this problem on a job recently
