Finally got a few days off..only 1 job this week, strip woodchip, overboard ceiling and insulated board on the window wall, then skim. Put in 2 days for stripping the woodchip and got it off in a day. Means matt is now on a 3 day weekend....absolutely beautiful(y) wish my mrs was at work tomorrow as could of had a redtube day

I rarley put a full week in...absoloutley stacked out with work and diary's in a right tangle...finished a job today did I pull a job in for tomorrow did I b*ll***s...

Hate in fact detest work when I don't get a day off midweek or very very worse mega early fnish Friday

Did 6 days a week and some for last 15yrs don't know how I used to do it now...used to work till 6pm also...

If I'm still at work sy 3...4 absolute max I get right arse on now!!!!

I wrote detest when I day don't get a day off midweek not detest work...

2 kids and a big mortgage pal and can't command money in anything else...

If I had no kids I would have packed up plastering though before now of that I'm sure...

Life is full of people backed into corners....especially when theirs kids and mortgages involved......i have a lot of respect for the people who just do what needs to be done weather its tescos, plastering or the office
 
Lovely weekend, friday cleaned the van, soaked trowels in bi carb, cleaned buckets and had an all you can eat fry up....saturday laid a laminate for £90 took 3 hours, lunch at the pub and drank beer till I couldnt stand....today took my baby swimming, had a maccy d's breakfast, picked up gear for tomorrow and played a video game for two hours(y)
 
Nice one!

I worked Saturday and had a little set to do on the same job this morning, was a easy little job really went really well. Got weighed in and all was good.

Came home and the power steering pipe split on the van! £110 for a new pipe so that was a downer!

But got a week of studding next week in a big unit and my mate is picking me up so cant complain!
 
Fri nite went to casino and lost sank about 8pints in 2 and Half hours,sat felt like s**t all day so mouched on sofa,Sunday took daughter to c finding dory and after 10mins of film starting she said it was rubbish and wanted to go..
 
Walked 15 miles Friday then 10 on Saturday and another 11 today at Silverstone. .. My feet hurt now

Geared myself up for an easy Saturday next weekend (don't normally do them but the money was good). Had the day off on Thursday with the kids and sent the lab in for the first time on his own to scrape two corridor walls in a school then pre grit. Came out the cinema with the kids ready to go for something to eat, rang this thick c**t to see how he was getting on and he says "I've done nearly two walls only one left". What the f**k? There was only two walls, now I have to skim another wall about 20m for f**k all and all on an easy Saturday :( he said ask the guy if it needed doing lol there was duck all wrong with it and then said I have to leave at four lol I said if you haven't done all the walls by four your sacked lol
 
Bloke I do a lot of damp work for writes on the walls in think black pen "hack off 1 metre high 3 metres long" etc for his labs they usually end up taking a whole wall off, i wish he didnt though because its better for me I get paid on meterage haha

Went on the piss Saturday night. Didnt leave the house Sunday as I was dieing with a hangover. It's a bank holiday here so am at home today and still not feeling 2 good. 4 calls from numbers I don't know I didn't answer in case someone is looking for me to price a job. Just not bothered today.
 
I got feck all this week, 1 day the following week and 2 half days the week after that. I got terminal theclemos!
