Made sure the wall was given a bonding agent as they are high suction put 4-1 scratch coat on then top the same. bin on 2 week customer phones me saying it cracking and bits are hollow. ??
all the base was meshed defo no go the next day think it wants putting on first thing in the moring and scratched back early evening. rubbing up with a poly foat before do you think this is doing it no good letting the air in maybe and sending it quicker ,i just rub it up with a poly float so...
done a job with a builder in this stuff a bit ago layed it on rubbed it up with a poly float and scraped it back next day no worries. nice finish done a other job and got air pokets on it rubed it up looked fine but came to scrape back next day it had gone to far and got 1 or 2 little cracks wot...
a customer is wanting the back of a property renderd as it gets all the weather and is sick of pointing it as the rain washes the motar out the joints and is needing painted every other year so wants it renderd was thinking of putting a splattrer coat on to paint before rendering any ideas cheers
just got some patching to do and have it to marra in with the execting but there is no bead at dpc level is it just a case of holding a straight edge as i hav always used beads
Got a Wet dashing job to start on a extention and there is some timber to eml i have scratch coated over eml before has any body normally just gone straight on to the eml with the scratch coat just normal 4-1 any info cheers:RpS_thumbup:
its a sandstone faced gable and has fairly deep hollows in the joints so am going to use s&c first to get it out if that makes sense mate. so when laying on the top coat lay the first pass on tight then rule the second pass is that wot your saying mate
