I'm looking for a rough quote for overboarding my lounge ceiling, artex on lath & plaster, lounge is approx 14' by 12'.
No evidence of sagging execpt in one area which looks suspect and like artex is holding plaster up.
Not interested in skimming over the artex; bad experience of this...
